The song "At The Bottom" is soothing, and at the same time very emotional and brooding piece of music, it's one of the darkest songs on Gaia Guarda's debut album. Gaia comments about the song and the video: ""At The Bottom" was filmed at home right before the second lockdown in Montreal. It is one of my oldest songs, I wrote it while I was dealing with getting out of an abusive relationship. This song contains all the emotions I was going through at the moment. It's a dark and emotional song that will always have a special place in my heart. This song helped me heal my wounds and make sense of the nonsense."
